煤矿选煤厂振动筛优化改进措施研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对大同煤矿集团机电装备约翰芬雷洗选技术设备有限公司为了提高选煤厂煤炭筛选效果而进行的振动筛优化改进实践,分析振动筛在日常使用过程中主要存在的问题、在这次改进工作中提出的优化改进措施以及改进后振动筛的应用效果。优化改进后的振动筛事故率降低至20%以下,选煤的纯度由原来了75%增到89%。 Aiming at the optimization and improvement practice of vibrating screen in order to improve the coal screening effect of coal preparation plant by John Finley washing Technology equipment Co.,Ltd.,the mechanical and electrical equipment of Datong Coal Mine Group,This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the daily use of vibrating screen,and puts forward the optimization and improvement measures in this improvement work as well as the application effect of the improved vibrating screen.The accident rate of the optimized vibrating screen is reduced to less than 20%,and the purity of coal preparation is increased from 75% to 89%.
