摘要 以云泉煤业15104切眼为工程背景,采用理论分析、井下试验的方法,探究不同跨度切眼致使围岩应力、位移、塑性区分布规律、综放大跨度切眼同岩控制机理及支护技术,针对云泉煤业切眼地质特点,提出了“锚杆索网+钢筋梯子梁+单体柱”联合支护的方案,合理控制了切眼围岩变形,有效解决了综放大跨度切眼围岩破碎、变形量大等支护难题。 Taking Yunquan coal industry 15104 cutting hole a s engineering background,using the method of theoretical analysis and downhole test,this paper explores the distribution of stress,displacement and plastic zone of surrounding rock caused by different span cutting.In view of the geological characteristics of Yunquan coal industry,the combined support scheme of "anchor cable-net reinforced ladder beam and single column" is put forward,which can reasonably control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the cut-hole,according to the control mechanism and supporting technology of the large-span cutting hole in fully mechanized top-coal caving.It effectively solves the supporting problems such as broken surrounding rock and large deformation of the longspan cut rock in fully mechanized top coal caving.
