井下隔爆型移动变电站的优化与应用

摘要 井下隔爆型移动变电站是矿山生产过程中极其重要的设备之一,在生产过程中发生跳闸甚至大面积停电事故会极大地影响井下的生产工作。针对这些现象,分析变电站的技术和使用缺陷,提出优化建议。经过改进后的井下隔爆型移动变电站在阳泉五矿被投入使用,使用后的结果良好,改善了短路跳闸现象,避免了误判断导致的大面积停电的产生,给五矿带来了实际的经济效益,是一次成功的改进。 Underground explosion-proof mobile substation is one of the most important equipment in mine production.Tripping or even large-area blackout will greatly affect underground production.In view of these phenomena,the technical and operational defects of substations are analyzed,and suggestions for optimization are put forward.The improved underground flameproof mobile substation has been put into use in Yangquan No.5 Coal Mine,and the result is good after use,which improves the phenomenon of short circuit trip and avoids the occurrence of large-area blackout caused by misjudgment.It has brought practical economic benefits and is a successful improvement.
