Optimization and Improvement of MG Series Shearer and Its Practical Application

针对某矿MG300/701-WD型采煤机在实际运行中存在的问题,对其故障原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。实践表明改进后采煤机使用效果良好,故障发生的几率大大减小,不仅保证了采煤机的安全稳定运行,而且实现了矿井的高效生产。

In view of the problems existing in the actual operation of the MG300/701-WD shearer in a certain mine,the causes of its faults are analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The practice shows that the improved shearer works well and the probability of failure is greatly reduced,which not only ensures the safe and stable operation of the shearer,but also realizes the high efficiency production of the mine.
