摘要
煤矿井下进水严重威胁着综采工作面的安全生产。在分析传统排水系统的基础上,将其改造为基于PLC的主排水自动控制系统,详细说明了该系统中水位监测系统这一子系统的设计,完成了对该系统的硬件和软件设计,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Coal mine underground water seriously threatens the safety production of fully mechanized mining face.Based on the analysis of the traditional drainage system,the main drainage automatic control system based on PLC is transformed into the main drainage automatic control system.The design of the sub-system of the water level monitoring system in the system is described in detail,and the hardware and software design of the system is completed.Good results have been obtained in practical application.
