摘要
鉴于重介选煤的介质密度是影响分选效果的重要因素,需要在选煤过程中对重介质密度进行实时监测与控制,以某矿选煤厂为例,分析了密度自动控制系统的构成和工作原理以及常见的故障和解决办法。这种密度自动控制系统在重介选煤中的应用结果表明,系统运行稳定、可靠,分选效果优良,密度误差被控制在0.003g/cm^3,节约了生产影响时间,扩大了经济效益。
In view of the fact that the medium density of heavy medium preparation is an important factor affecting the separation effect,it is necessary to monitor and control the density of heavy medium in the process of coal preparation in real time,taking a coal preparation plant as an example.The structure and working principle of density automatic control system as well as the common faults and solutions are analyzed.The application of the automatic density control system in the dense medium coal preparation shows that the system is stable and reliable,and the separation effect is excellent.The density error is controlled at 0.003 g/cm^3,thus saving the production influence time and enlarging the economic benefit.
