摘要
“三机联动”是实现矿井综采的重要技术,而其中的技术难点主要在于采煤机的自动截割。基于此,介绍了基于记忆截割的采煤机自适应截割控制系统,并针对滚筒调高的追踪控制引入了滑块控制。仿真结果表明该控制器比传统PID控制器具有更好的跟踪效果。
The "three-machine linkage" is an important technology to realize fully mechanized mining in mine,and the technical difficulty lies in the automatic cutting of shearer.Based on this,the self-adaptive cutting control system of shearer based on memory cutting is introduced,and the slider control is introduced for the tracking control of roller height adjustment.The simulation results show that the controller has better tracking effect than the traditional PID controller.
