摘要
针对某电厂热控装置设备检修与维护现存在的难题进行充分分析研究,引出一种先进的电厂热控装置,设备的检修与维护方法为状态检修与维护。通过前后数据对比分析,证实了此方法可以提升热控装置的可靠性和稳定性,在资源利用、生产成本及效益方面有着充分的优势。
In view of the existing difficult problems of equipment maintenance and maintenance of thermal control device in a power plant,a kind of advanced thermal control device of power plant is brought forward,and the maintenance and maintenance method of equipment is condition-based maintenance and maintenance.It is proved that this method can improve the reliability and stability of the thermal control equipment by comparing the data before and after.It has sufficient advantages in resource utilization,production cost and benefit.
