摘要
针对采煤机摇臂行星减速漏油的现象,分析了摇臂行星减速机构的结构,并解析了造成减速机构漏油问题的原因,在此基础上,提出了将传统浮动油封装置替代为双骨架油封机构的优化方案,并对比阐明了该结构应用于实际生产中的效果。
Aiming at the phenomenon of oil leakage from planetary deceleration of rocker arm of shearer,the structure of planetary deceleration mechanism of rocker arm is analyzed,and the cause of oil leakage of deceleration mechanism is analyzed,on the basis of which,the structure of planetary deceleration mechanism of rocker arm is analyzed.The optimization scheme of replacing the traditional floating oil seal device with the double skeleton oil seal mechanism is put forward,and the effect of the structure applied in practical production is compared and clarified.
