摘要
为了使大块煤破碎系统能够有效解决大块煤制约综采工作面生产效率这一问题,对大块煤破碎系统的安装与应用进行分析研究。通过对该破碎系统结构的分析,阐述了如何在综采工作面中应用时确保其不与其他大型设备发生干涉,并详细说明了电气控制系统及液压系统对提升破碎系统的作用。
In order to effectively solve the problem of mass coal restricting the production efficiency of fully mechanized mining face,the installation and application of the lump coal crushing system are analyzed and studied in this paper,in order to effectively solve the problem that the lump coal crushing system restricts the production efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face.Through the analysis of the structure of the crushing system,this paper expounds how to ensure that it does not interfere with other large equipment when it is applied in the fully mechanized mining face,and explains in detail the effect of the electrical control system and hydraulic system on the lifting of the crushing system.
