以大斗沟煤业公司综采工作面安装的SGZ1000/1400刮板输送机为例,分析输送机溜槽失效原因,并提出相应对策措施。通过现场实际应用发现,采取措施后刮板输送机溜槽失效率降低至7%以下,为煤矿节约输送机溜槽维修成本费用达40余万元,取得了显著成效。

Taking the SGZ1000/1400 scraper conveyor installed in the fully mechanized mining face of Dadougou Coal Company as an example,the causes of the failure of the conveyor chute are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Through field application,it is found that the failure rate of scraper conveyor chute is reduced to less than 7% after taking measures,and the cost of chute maintenance of conveyor is saved more than 400,000 yuan for coal mine,and remarkable effect has been achieved.
