摘要
“暗物质”在此借指教育实践中的不明区域、不确定地带。面对“暗物质”带来的实践困境,实践性知识开始得以关注。实践性知识是教师专业知识的重要组成部分,是教师专业发展的基础。由于职业教育的特殊性,高职教师实践性知识的形成依赖于真实的工作情境,企业实践、实践反思是高职教师实践性知识的发展路径。
The "dark matter" refers to the unknown and uncertain areas in educational practice. Facing the practical dilemma brought by the "dark matter", practical knowledge began to be concerned. Practical knowledge is an important part of teachers' professional knowledge and the basis of teachers' professional development. Because of the particularity of vocational education, the formation of practical knowledge of higher vocational teachers depends on the real working situation. The enterprise practice and the practical reflection are the development path of practical knowledge for higher vocational teachers.
