产教融合校企“双元”育人课程开发实证研究——以烹饪专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 校企名师工作室共同体采取“一套方案、一条路径、一门课程”的“三合一”产教融合课程开发策略,即实施专兼结合、多元融合、知识整合的产教一体化课程开发方案;探索共筑平台、科研引领、学生参与的“双元”育人课程开发路径;开发传承创新、多方论证、共谋发展的产教融合人才培养课程,为当前职教界开展深化产教融合工作提供了新案例、新视角。 The school-enterprise well-known teachers' studio community adopts the "three-in-one" curriculum development strategy of "a set of plans, a path and a course", that is, to implement the integrated industry -education curriculum development plan, including the combination of specialized and concurrent courses, multiple integration and knowledge integration;to explore the "dual" curriculum development path of education, including platform co -construction, scientific research leading and student participation;and to develop the integrated industry-education talent cultivation curriculum with inheritance innovation, multi discussion and collusion development. It provides a new case and perspective for the current vocational education circles to deepen the work of industry - education integration.
