摘要
【目的】以玛咖功效物质(玛咖酰胺、总生物碱、玛咖多糖)为主要指标,建立多指标评价体系对云南不同产地玛咖质量进行综合性评价。【方法】采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法检测玛咖多糖含量,酸性染料比色法检测玛咖总生物碱的含量,高效液相色谱法检测玛咖酰胺的含量。【结果】云南不同产地的玛咖主要化学物质有显著差异,德钦产区的玛咖多糖(8.6%)、玛咖总生物碱(3.18mg/g)及玛咖酰胺总量(2.46mg/g)含量均为最高,且德钦、维西地区的玛咖质量显著高于其他地区。【结论】云南不同产地玛咖在主要化学物质(玛咖酰胺、总生物碱、玛咖多糖)含量上体现出的这种显著性差异,究其原因与其产地的海拔和温度密切相关。
【Objective】The quality of Lepidium meyenii Walp. in different areas of Yunnan province was evaluated according to the contents of the effective substances (polysaccharide, total alkaloid and macamides) of L. Meyenii . A multi-index evaluation system was established.【Method】The contents of polysaccharide, total alkaloid and macamides were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry, acidic dye colorimetry and high performance liquid chromatography, respectively.【Result】The results showed that the effective substances contents of L. Meyenii from different areas in Yunnan province were significantly different. The contents of polysaccharide, total alkaloids and total macamides were the highest in the Deqin area, which were 8.6 %, 3.18 mg/g and 2.46 mg/g, respectively, and the quality of L. meyenii in Deqin and Weixi areas was significantly better than that in other areas.【Conclusion】The significant difference existing in the contents of the effective substances (polysaccharide, total alkaloid and macamides) of L. Meyenii . was related to the altitude and temperature of producing areas.
