饲粮中添加双低菜粕对文昌鸡生产性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】为研究饲粮中添加双低菜粕对文昌鸡生产性能和肉品质的影响。【方法】本试验选取70日龄文昌鸡商用肉鸡144只,按照体重相对一致性原则随机分成2组,笼养,每笼2只鸡。在文昌鸡11~17周龄阶段试验组日粮中添加25%的双低菜粕,对照组日粮为普通商品肉鸡料。预饲期1周,试验期6周,每周逐只称重并取其中8只鸡用于肉品质品尝。【结果】添加25%的双低菜粕对文昌鸡增重略有影响,但整体未达到显著水平,隔水蒸胸肌和白灼鸡块评价肉质表明,对照组肉质均略优于25%菜粕组,且2种肉质评价方式存在明显差异,白灼鸡块肉质评分显著优于隔水蒸胸肌。采用液相色谱分析肉汤中游离氨基酸,发现菜粕组鲜味氨基酸含量略低于正常组,两组肉汤中所含鲜味氨基酸占检测总氨基酸含量分别为49.52%和53.68%。【结论】饲粮中添加25%双低菜粕对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及肉汤中鲜味氨基酸含量略有影响,但均不显著。 【Objective】This study evaluated the effects of 25 % canola meal added to the diet on the growth performance and meat quality of Wenchang chicken.【Method】A total of 144 Wenchang broilers at the age of 70 days with relative consistency of body weight were used in a 49-day experimental treatment (70-119 days of age). These birds were randomly divided into two groups. 25 % of canola meal were added as a substitute for soybean meal in the diet of the experimental group, and soybean meal with no canola meal was added in the common diet of the control group. Each dietary treatment group consisted of 72 birds raised in 36 cages. All the experimental birds were fed with corresponding diets for one week of adaptation before the long-term experimental treatment of 6 weeks. Each bird was recorded for body weights every week, 8 birds from which were chosen for meat quality evaluation.【Result】The results displayed that the gain of weight in the experimental group decreased a little, but not obviously. Based on the two methods of meat quality evaluation, it showed that the score of the control group was slightly superior to the experimental group. Also, the boiled chicken pieces method was significantly better than the steamed pectoral muscle method. Moreover, through the detection of the free amino acids in chicken soup by Liquid chromatography, the content of flavor amino acids in the experiment group (49.52 %) was a little lower than that in the control group (53.68 %).【Conclusion】In summary, 25 % canola meal added in the common diet showed slight effects on the weight gains, meat quality and the content of flavor amino acids in the Wenchang chicken.
