摘要
针对国内高速综合检测车、接触网检测车、轨道检测车和电务检测车的不足,研制集高速铁路工务、电务、供电关键设备设施和沿线环境检测监测、综合数据分析处理和运营维修辅助决策支持技术为一体的综合巡检车。概述160 km/h电传动内燃综合巡检车的总体布局和各部分组成及功能,详细论述巡检系统的组成和功能。综合巡检车的巡检系统运用机器视觉、激光传感、无线传输、实时图像采集、图像智能识别和海量数据分析处理等技术,能够实现各个设备设施的检测与分析。目前,综合巡检车已完成的24项试验项目,全部符合试验大纲要求。
With a view to defects in domestic integrated high-speed inspection vehicles,catenary inspection vehicles,track detection vehicles and electric service inspection vehicles,an inspection vehicle integrated with key equipment&facilities for public works,electric service and power supply of high-speed railways,environment detection&monitoring along the line,comprehensive data analysis&processing and auxiliary operation&maintenance decision-making support technology is developed.The article outlines the overall layout and the composition and functions of each component of an integrated electric drive internal combustion inspection vehicle with 160 km/h.Elaborating on the inspection system composition and functions.The inspection system of the integrated inspection vehicle utilizes technologies including machine vision,laser sensor,wireless transmission,real-time image acquisition,intelligent image identification and massive data analysis&processing,etc.,able to test and analyze each equipment and facility.At present,24 completed test items for the integrated inspection vehicle can fully meet the test program.
