摘要 为了得到S500MC钢的动态力学性能,分别对S500MC钢板样件进行0.1/s,10/s,100/s,1 000/s等4个不同应变率水平的动态拉伸试验,得到不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线,并与其准静态试验结果进行对比。结果表明:S500MC钢具有较强的应变率效应,延展性随着应变率的增加而提升;CowperSymonds模型可以对各应变率下的屈服强度和拉伸极限进行数值拟合。 To obtain the dynamic mechanical property of S500MC steel,a dynamic tensile test is carried out on S500MC steel plate samples based on such 4 different strain rates as 0.1/s,10/s,100/s and 1 000/s.Therefore,the engineering stress based on different strain rates-strain curves are obtained.A comparison is made between it and its quasistate test result.According to the result:S500MC steel has a stronger strain rate effect,with its material ductility improved with the increasing strain rate.The Cowper-Symonds model can conduct numerical fitting in view of the yield strength and the limit in tension for each strain rate.
