摘要
针对常见弹条疲劳试验机存在的机架重心高不稳定、效率低能耗大、易磨损成本高等问题,将其结构由立式改为卧式,同时增加检测工位。改造后的卧式弹条疲劳试验机可进行多种型号弹条的疲劳试验;主轴受力小于常见弹条疲劳试验机,整机更加稳定,振动明显减轻;试验效率为常见弹条疲劳试验机的3倍;轴承使用寿命是常见弹条疲劳试验机的2倍。
With a view to problems common in the bar-spring clips fatigue tester,including high&unstable center of gravity for the rack,low efficiency,high energy consumption,easy to wear out and high costs,etc.,its structure is changed from a vertical one to a horizontal one,with a detection workstation added.The improved bar-spring clips fatigue tester can be available to fatigue tests on bar-spring clips of many types.The stress applied to the main axle is less than that applied to a common bar-spring clips fatigue tester.The whole machine becomes more stable,with vibration lowered remarkably.The test efficiency is 3 times of that for a common bar-spring clips fatigue tester.The service life of bearings is 2 times of that for a common bar-spring clips fatigue tester.
