摘要 以H2O2为氧化剂,Fe3O4为催化剂催化苯酚羟基化生成苯二酚。考察反应时间、反应温度、n(H2O2):n(苯酚)、苯酚的起始浓度、催化剂用量等因素对苯酚羟基化的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为60℃,n(H2O2):n(苯酚)=2.5,m(催化剂):m(苯酚)=0.04,m(苯酚):m(水)=0.04,反应时间为70min的条件下,苯酚转化率高于60%,苯二酚收率40%左右,选择性70%左右。 The hydroxylation of phenol was studied by using H2O2 as oxidant and Fe3O4 as catalyst to catalyze hydroxylation of phenol. The reaction conditions such as reaction time, reaction temperature, n(H2O2):n(phenol), the initial concentration of phenol and the amount of catalyst were investigated. Results show that the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, n(H2O2):n(phenol)=2.5, m(catalyst): m(phenol)=0.04, m(phenol):m(H2O)=0.04, the reaction time is 70 min, the conversion of phenol is more than 60%, the yield of hydroquinone is about 40%, and the selectivity is about 70%.
