摘要
利用溶剂热法,以FeCl3·6H2O为铁源,通过控制矿化剂NaOH的浓度,制备了正八面体形貌的Fe3O4纳米颗粒,并测试了产物的电磁性能和微波吸收能力。结果表明,在厚度为2.0mm,频率为13.12GHz时,电磁波的吸收峰可达-33.54dB,最大有效吸收带宽为3.84GHz。
In this paper, regular octahedral Fe3O4 nanocrystals was successfully prepared using solvothermal method by changing the concentration of mineralizer NaOH, in which FeCl3·6H2O was used as the iron source. The electromagnetic properties and microwave absorption of the product were tested. Theoretical calculations show that the peak value of the absorption peak is -33.54 dB and the maximum effective absorption bandwidth is 3.84 GHz at a thickness of 2.0 mm and a frequency of 13.12 GHz.
