摘要 借助运动训练学、运动生理学相关理论,采用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑归纳与总结的方法,对高水平竞技健美操运动员成套动作耐力训练方法和手段进行研究,旨在为提高竞技健美操运动员成套动作质量提供理论和实践参考。研究表明,高水平健美操运动员成套动作上肢路线以直线为主,下肢单双脚着地方式均衡,技术结构以不对称为主。成套动作难度、过渡连接动作难度要求运动员必须具备一定的专项耐力,训练方法和手段以无氧间歇耐力训练为主,并对组间的休息时间进行严格控制,能有效提高成套动作完成质量。 Based on relevant theories of sports training and sports physiology, the literature material method, questionnaire method was used to do the research on the methods and means of training the whole set of action endurance of high-level competitive aerobics athletes to provide theoretical and practical reference for improving the quality of complete sets of movements of competitive aerobics athletes. Results show that linear line is the main route of the upper limb in the complete set of movements of high-level calisthenics athletes, equilibrium of lower limbs is with one foot and two feet, technical structure is dominated by asymmetry. The difficulty of complete set movement and transition connection movement requires that athletes have certain special endurance. The main training methods and means are anaerobic intermittent endurance training, and the rest time between groups was strictly controlled. It can effectively improve the quality of complete sets of movements.
