A Study on the Professional Development of Private Kindergarten Teachers from the Perspective of Social Support

摘要 基于对几所民办幼儿园教师职业发展现状的调研,对其教师专业发展状况进行分析。结果表明,民办园教师专业发展环境不佳,培训管理状况也不理想,工作中压力较大,专业发展的总体氛围和职业心态不积极。总体看民办园教师的专业发展状况不尽如人意,需多方面改善。 Based on the investigation of teachers in several private kindergartens, this paper analyzes the professional development of teachers. The result shows that the environment of teachers professional development is not good, and the training management situation is not ideal. It also makes known that the work pressure is high, and the general atmosphere and professional mentality of professional development are not positive. As a whole, the status of teachers professional development in private kindergartens is not satisfactory and needs to be improved in many ways.
