中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究进展

Research progress on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine

慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是一种难治性消化系统疾病,被列为胃癌的高危因素。目前,现代医学对CAG的病因及发病机制尚不完全清楚,亦缺乏理想的治疗手段。中医药治疗CAG有一定的优势,不仅可以改善患者的临床症状,还可以阻断、逆转胃黏膜萎缩和肠上皮化生。本文通过梳理近年来中医药治疗CAG的相关研究,从病因病机、辨证论治、专方专药、针灸治疗等方面阐述中医药治疗CAG的研究进展,希望对从事该病研究的广大临床科研工作者有所指导和帮助。

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a refractory digestive disease which is listed as a high risk factor to gastric cancer.Up to date the etiology and pathogenesis of CAG in modern medicine remains unclear therefore no ideal treatment has been developed.Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating CAG.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of the patients but also block and reverse the atrophy of gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia.In this article we reviewed the progresses of CAG treatment with traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of basic pathogenesis syndrome differentiation and treatment special prescriptions for diseases acupuncture and moxibustion treatment which shed light on treatment of CAG.
