在经济全球化趋势和国家“一带一路”的倡议下,中国企业积极开拓国际市场,承接了越来越多的国际EPC工程建设项目。EPC项目带动中国产品走出国门,同时也面临很大的风险。文章结合东南亚和南亚某国际工程机电项目实施中遭遇的具体问题,分析和总结出解决方案,为其他中资企业在国际项目执行中解决类似问题提供一定的借鉴意义。

Under the trend of economic globalization and the china“One Belt And One Road”initiative,Chinese enterprises actively explore the international market and undertake more and more international EPC engineering construction projects.EPC projects drive Chinese products to go abroad,but also face great risks.In combination with the specific problems encountered in the implementation of an international engineering electromechanical project in southeast Asia and South Asia,this paper analyzes and summarizes solutions,providing certain reference for other Chinese enterprises to solve similar problems in the implementation of international projects.
