建筑策划在中小学校设计中的再认识——以河北省宽城满族自治县三所中小学校设计为例

摘要 建筑策划是帮助建设项目做出投资决策的技术服务工作,其研究成果可以清晰地表达建设方的目标需求。在项目前期设计中融合入建筑策划,引入克服条件限制的创意性思维,逐渐成为当今建筑创作的新趋向。文章以中小学校设计任务书为切入点,阐述建筑策划的核心实质,理清建筑策划与可行性研究的共生关系,并通过设计实践进行创新探索,以期完成更具特色的新时代中小学校建筑设计。 Architectural programming is a technical work which based on th e investment decision of a construction project.The research process can clearly express the project's target requirements and the designer’s thoughts.Combining the preliminary design of the project and architectural programming and introducing creative thinking to overcome the limitations,which has gradually become the new trend of architectural design.The paper starts from the design specification of primary and secondary schools,rediscovers the core essence of architectural programming,clarifies the symbiotic relationship between architectural programming and feasibility research.Through innovative exploration of design practice,primary and secondary schools design would be tried to reflect the characteristics of the new era.
