气囊式反射被拼接工艺试验分析

摘要 采用胶接法和焊接法对气囊式反射被进行拼接,并分别研究了两种拼接方法对接缝力学性能和不同环境因素对保温被接缝力学指标的影响。结果表明:气囊式反射被的拼接即可以用胶接法也可以用焊接法,拼接缝的拉伸强度均可达到母材的拉伸强度。当选择适当的焊接速度和温度时,焊缝的强度高于粘接缝的强度。焊接法与粘接法相比,采用焊接法拼接的气囊式反射被,其接缝的力学性能受环境因素影响不大,拼接效果更可靠,并且可以大大节约生产成本、提高生产效率、工艺易于操作。 Airbag-type reflection is stitched up by bonding method and welding method. The effects of two stitching methods on mechanical properties of joints and effect of different environmental factors on mechanics index of joints of heat preservation quilt were studied. The results of trial are as follows:the splicing of airbag reflectors can be glued or welded, the tensile strength of the joint can reach the tensile strength of the base metal;when the proper welding speed and temperature are selected,the strength of the weld is higher than that of the bonding strength. Compared with the bonding method, the airbag reflective quilt spliced by welding method has little influence on the mechanical properties of the joint due to environmental factors, and the splicing effect is more reliable. It can greatly save production costs,improve production efficiency and make the process easy to operate.
