摘要
文章采用PoDFA法及YXLON微焦点X射线计算断层扫描系统对7xxx系大规格铸锭内部的显微缺陷(夹杂物、疏松等)实现了定性分析和定量统计,为生产工艺的改进和优化提供了理论依据,促进生产企业实现对铸锭冶金质量的稳定和有效控制。
In this paper,the PoDFA method and the YXLON micro-focus X-ray computed tomography system are used to qualitatively analyze and quantify the microscopic defects(inclusions,looseness,etc.)inside the large-sized ingots,which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of the production process and promote the stable and effective control of the quality of ingot metallurgy for the production enterprises.
