摘要
分析了“短流程”铝合金熔铸工艺的现状及其对铝合金熔铸质量和熔炼炉内衬使用寿命的影响,开发了一种具有除碱、除渣和除氢功能的电解铝液预处理装置。该装置与虹吸管铝液转注系统的联合使用,显著降低了铝合金熔体中的夹杂物、碱(土)金属和氢含量。工厂试验结果表明,所开发的电解铝液预处理装置达到了预期目的。
In this paper,the current situation of“short flow”aluminum alloy melting-casting process and its influence on the quality of aluminum alloy melting-casting and the service life of melting furnace lining are analyzed.A pretreatment device of electrolytic aluminum liquid with functions of alkali removal,slag removal and hydrogen removal is developed.The combination of this device and the siphon aluminum liquid transferring system can significantly reduce the contents of inclusions,alkali(earth)metals and hydrogen in aluminum alloy melt.The factory test results show that the developed electrolytic aluminum liquid pretreatment device has achieved the expected purpose.
