沥青中下面层集料调查与破碎工艺研究

沥青面层集料品质是长寿命品质路面的前提与基础,其重要性不言而喻。没有优质的沥青面层集料,沥青面层的质量控制将成为空谈。由于面层集料质量受开采许可、生产过程管控等诸多因素影响,路面工程项目在实施过程中,沥青面层集料的备料质量参差不齐。沥青面层备料在每个项目都有着特殊性,本文就某高速公路面层集料调查、生产管理进行总结,对多级集料破碎工艺予以研究。

the aggregate quality of asphalt surface is the premise and foundation of long-life quality pavement,and its importance is self-evident.Without high quality asphalt surface aggregate,the quality control of asphalt surface layer will become an empty talk.All along,because the surface aggregate quality is subject to mining permission and the production process is controlled by many influencing factors,the pavement engineering project is in the process of implementation.The preparation quality of asphalt surface aggregate is uneven.Asphalt surface preparation has its particularity in every proj ect.This paper summarizes the survey and production management of pavement aggregate in a certain expressway,and discusses the multi-stage aggregate crushing technology.
