摘要
荐举制度经历金太祖、太宗时期萌芽,金熙宗、海陵时期趋于停滞,金世宗时期得以制度化和发展,金章宗、宣宗、哀宗时期不断完善。金朝荐举制度存在公荐和私荐两种类别,公荐有自代举、宰臣及部门长官荐举、诏荐、岁举和泛荐;私荐是委托他人,其包含出于公心或私人目的荐举。金朝凭借荐举制度选拔优秀人才,并对荐举者官职和品阶、被荐举者如何产生和任用等方面,以及实施举措均有详细规定。
Analysis on the recommendation system in the Jin dynasty, tended to be stagnant in the period of Xizong and Hailing, it was institutionalized in the period of Shizong,and was constantly improved during the period of Zhangzong, Xuanzong and Aizong. In the Jin dynasty, there were two kinds of recommendation system: public recommendation and private recommendation. Public recommendation included self-recommendation or Minister’s recommendation. Private recommendation was a kind of recommendation to entrust others, which contains the public or private purposes. The Jin dynasty used the system of recommendation to select talents,and recomend the official position and grade, the generation and appointment, as well as the implementation measures.
