贯通项目高职阶段新生适应状况比较研究

Comparative Study on the Adaptation Status of Freshmen in the Higher Vocational Period of Run-through Cultivation Program

2018年底,国务院印发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》强调了职业教育与普通教育的同等重要地位。2015年,北京市启动高端技术技能人才贯通培养项目。目前,该项目第一批学生已转入高职教育阶段,面临未成年人到成年人的阶段转换和中职到高职的环境转换带来的适应性问题。通过对北京财贸职业学院、北京电子科技职业学院、北京工业职业技术学院学生的抽样调查和数据分析,剖析当前贯通项目高职阶段新生的适应状况,并提出相应的对策建议。

At the end of 2018,the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan issued by the State Council emphasized the equal importance of vocational education and general education. Beijing’s Advanced Technical and Skilled Talents Run-though Cultivation Program started in 2015. The first batch of students have also been transferred to the higher vocational education stage,facing the transition from minor to adult and the environment from the middle to the higher vocational stage. Based on the sample survey and data analysis of the students of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce,Beijing Polytechnic and Beijing Polytechnic College,this paper analyses the adaptability of the freshmen in the current stage of running through the project in higher vocational education,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
