电子政务作为新时代政府管理的重要因素,在很大程度上影响着一国的综合实力的发展;新世纪的今天,信息技术的发展显得尤为重要,世界列强也加速推进了信息技术的发展,企图在信息技术层面力压群雄,而电子政务作为其中的重要一环,直接影响了一国的实力,而为了提高我国的电子政务水平,就必须设计良好的电子政务绩效指标体系,通过对各项指标的合理设计,合理分配各项权重,将电子政务完美地融汇在政府管理中,推动电子政务与政府的发展。

AS an important factor of government management in the new era, E-government have a great effect on the development of a country’s comprehensive;In the new century, the development of information technology is particular important, the world’s major powers have accelerated the development of information technology,and they were want to overwhelm other countries in the level of information technology, but as an important ring, E-government has a direct effect on the reality of a countries. In order to improve the level of E-government of our country, we must design a good E-government performance indictors system, through the rational design of various indicators,distribute the weights reasonably, integrate the E-government management perfectly, promote the development of E-government and government.
