随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,如何控制软土地区地铁深基坑实施过程中对周边环境的影响,确保周边环境安全,已成为急需解决的课题。通过分析深基坑工程引起周边房屋沉降的因素,探讨了在深基坑工程设计阶段以及工程施工过程中的控制思路。结合地铁深基坑工程中对老旧住宅楼的保护实践。

With the development of metro,How to control the impact on the surrounding buildings during the Excavation of the pit of metro in the soft soil area and ensure the safety of the surrounding buildings has become an urgent issue.By analyzing the factor of settlement of surrounding buildings caused by the pit excavation,the control ideas in the design stage and the construction process are discussed.Through the practice,it is proved that the control method can effectively control the settlement of surrounding buildings.
