齐齐哈尔市文化创意产业与传统产业融合发展研究

Study Research on the Integration and Development of Cultural and Creative Industries and Traditional Industries in Qiqihar

文化创意产业与传统产业融合发展可以促进传统经济的转型升级,获得经济可持续发展。齐齐哈尔市文化创意产业与传统产业的融合发展,可以从三方面加以论述:一是文化创意产业要向传统产业逐步渗透,包括向第一、第二、第三产业的渗透;二是确定文化创意产业与传统产业融合发展的重点内容是文化创意产业与旅游业、文化创意产业与传统酒文化的融合;三是从机构融合、延伸传统产业价值链、紧密结合高科技手段、培养融合发展人才、优化融合发展环境、充分利用文化品牌的传播效应六方面论述了融合发展的路径。

The integration and development of cultural and creative industries and traditional industries can promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional economy to achieve sustainable economic development. It is mainly discussed from three aspects. Firstly, cultural and creative industries are gradually infiltrated into traditional industries, including primary, secondary and tertiary industries;Secondly, determining the key contents of the integration and development of cultural and creative industries and traditional industries are integrating with tourism and traditional wine culture. Lastly, it has discussed the method of integration and development form six aspects,such as extending the value chain of traditional industries, tightly using high technique means,cultivating integrative and developing talents, optimizing the environment of fusion development and make full use of the communication effect of cultural brands.
