高校基层党组织的“党建+”模式研究——大连民族大学国际文化交流学院落实“三个突出”战略的探索与实践

Research on "Party Construction +" Work Mode of Grass-roots Party Organizations in Universities ——The Exploration and Practice in Implementing the “Three Emphases” Strategy in School of International Cultural Exchange, Dalian Minzu University

分析了当前高校基层党建工作存在的普遍问题,指出了新时期高校基层党的建设与核心战略交互融合、互促共建的必要性,阐述了高校基层"党建+"工作模式的内涵。基于大连民族大学国际文化交流学院围绕学校"三个突出"的发展战略开展党建活动的工作实践,总结了把党建工作同领导班子建设、学科建设、人才培养和综合改革等工作全面融合的实践路径,为新时代高校基层党建工作提供了有益参考。

The paper analyzes the common problems existing in grass-roots party construction work in universities nowadays, points out the necessity of interaction and fusion between the core strategy and grass-roots party construction, and their mutual promotion and construction in universities in the new period, and expounds the connotation of the "party construction +" work mode of grass-roots party organizations. Based on the work practice of School of International Cultural Exchange in Dalian Minzu University (DLMU) which is carried out by centering on "three emphases" development strategy of DLMU, we summarize the practical path of comprehensive integration of the party construction with leadership construction, discipline construction, students cultivation pattern, comprehensive reform work practice and etc., providing the beneficial reference for grass-roots party construction in universities in the new era.
