There is a close connection between party building and ideological and political work in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the great significance of guiding ideological and political work with party building in the new era, summarizes and refines the methods and paths of guiding ideological and political work with party building, and clarifies specific measures to promote the implementation of the "three emphases" strategy in schools with party building and new practical effects of ideological and political work.
