大数据时代消费者信息保护的立法研究

摘要 大数据时代,信息的经济价值开始凸显,谁能在市场中掌握更多信息,谁就能够拥有更大的话语权和决定权,谁就能快一步掌握市场先机。越来越多的经营者开始重视消费者个人信息的采集、分析和利用,这造成消费者个人信息的侵权事件屡见不鲜。针对消费者信息滥用的现象,加强权力机关的立法显得极为重要。我国立法机关应当顺应时代的需求,加强消费者信息权保护,维护消费者的合法权益,进而保障社会秩序的稳定。 In the big data era, the economic value of information has been highlighted, and whoever can get more information in the market will be able to have greater voice power and decision-making power and grasp the market opportunity. More and more operators begin to pay attention to the collection, analysis and utilization of consumers’ personal information,which leads to the infringing incidents. In view of the abuse of consumers’information, it is very important to strengthen the legislation of power organs. China’s legislature should comply with the needs of the times, strengthen the protection of consumers’information rights, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,and then guarantee the stability of social order.
