连云港高职院校服务地方经济发展的人才培养策略研究

Research on Talents Training Strategy of Lianyungang Higher Vocational Colleges Serving Local Economic Development

连云港紧跟国家“一带一路”的重大战略部署,重点发展港口运输、海洋养殖、新医药、新材料、新能源、旅游等优势产业,而目前急需紧缺专业和优势产业人才,连云港高职院校作为培养专业技术人才的摇篮,应紧密结合地方经济发展的需要,因地制宜地探索人才培养策略,形成高职院校与地方经济良性互动的有效模式。论文结合连云港地方经济发展与高职院校人才培养现状以及存在的问题,从政府、社会、学校三个层面提出连云港高职院校服务地方经济发展的人才培养策略,以期更好地服务连云港地方经济的发展。

Lianyungang closely follows the major strategic deployment of China's Belt and Road Initiative, with emphasis on the development of port transportation, sea farming, new medicine, new materials, new energy, tourism and other superior industries, which are in urgent need for the talents. As the cradle of training professional and technical talents, Lianyungang higher vocational colleges should closely combine the needs of local economic development to explore the strategy of talent training in accordance with local conditions, and to form an effective mode of benign interaction between higher vocational colleges and local economy. Combining with the development of local economy in Lianyungang and the present situation and existing problems of talent training in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward the strategy of cultivating talents in Lianyungang higher vocational colleges serving the development of local economy from the three aspects of the government, the society and the school to better serve the local economic development of Lianyungang.
