不同浓度和粒径分布的细粒尾矿模袋充灌特性试验研究

摘要 云南某尾矿库尾砂-0.074mm含量占83.52%,拟采用细粒尾矿模袋堆坝。为研究细粒尾矿充灌模袋堆坝技术作用机理以及浓度和粒径对充灌效果影响情况,设计3个试验内容,分别从充灌浓度、粒径分布、尺度效应方面开展细粒尾矿模袋充灌特性试验研究。研究表明,室内充灌试验可一定程度上反映现场模袋充灌固结效果,充灌浓度和粒径分布对充灌效率、固结效率及袋体强度有明显影响。最后开展现场工业试验,形成了完整的尾矿充灌模袋工艺技术,拓宽了细粒尾矿堆坝所要求的粒径范围;该成果对于进一步研究细粒尾矿模袋法堆坝具有指导意义。 The content of-0.074 mm is 83.52%of the entire tailings in a tailings impoundment of Yunnan province.The tailings impoundment will be adopted the fine grained tailings damming using geofabriform method.The main purposes of the study is to understand the function mechanism of filling characteristics of geofabriform and the effect of the concentration of filling and particle size distribution on filling efficiency.Three kinds of experiments such as the concentration of filling and particle size distribution and scale effect are designed and conducted respectively to study the filling characteristics of geofabriform with fine tailings.The results indicate that the indoor filling test can partly reflect the consolidation effect of filling using geofabriform method in field test.The concentration of filling and particle size distribution have obvious influence on filling efficiency,consolidation efficiency and geofabriform strength.Furthermore,the industrial test forms a complete technology of filling using geofabriform method and broadens the range of application of particle size for building tailings dam.Research results can be applied to guide the research on fine grained tailings damming using geofabriform method.
