摘要
为了检查高位钻孔抽采技术在工作面瓦斯抽采中的效果,以山西某矿8101工作面为研究对象,采用高位钻孔抽采技术抽采工作面采空区瓦斯,结合工作面实际情况,分析了高位钻孔布置的层位、钻孔深度、钻场布置等参数,通过一段时间的抽采,取得了良好的应用效果,并对比分析8101工作面抽放管路正常工作时和因抢修管路而中断抽放后的6h的通风瓦斯数据。结果表明当抽放系统正常运转时,抽放瓦斯浓度平均为29%,抽放率可达70.52%,上隅角的瓦斯浓度一直0.5%上下,远低于1%的安全临界值。而中断抽放后的6h内,回风流瓦斯浓度从0.37%上升到了0.82%,上隅角瓦斯也迅速从0.52%上升至2.34%,工作面面上隅角瓦斯超限,因此,高位钻孔抽采对工作面瓦斯治理发挥着非常重要的作用。
In order to check the effect of high-level borehole extraction technology in gas extraction at working face,this paper takes 8101 working face of a mine in Shanxi as the research object,uses high-level borehole extraction technology to extract gas from goaf of working face,and combines with the actual situation of working face,analyses the parameters of high-level borehole layout such as horizon,drilling depth,drilling site layout,etc.,and achieves good results after a period of extraction.Good application effect,and comparative analysis of 8101 working face drainage pipeline normal work and due to emergency repair pipeline and interrupted drainage after 6 hours of ventilation gas data.The results show that when the drainage system works normally,the average gas concentration is 29%,and the drainage rate can reach 70.52%.The gas concentration in the upper corner is always above and below 0.5%,which is far below the safety critical value of 1%.Within 6 hours after interruption of drainage,the concentration of gas in return air flow increased from 0.37%to 0.82%,and the gas in upper corner increased rapidly from 0.52%to 2.34%.The gas in upper corner of working face exceeded the limit.Therefore,high-level borehole drainage plays a very important role in gas control of working face.
