充填体巷道变形破坏现象及支护控制技术

摘要 为探讨充填体巷道变形破坏地支护控制技术,以某矿采场为例,通过类比研究了充填体巷道的变形和破坏情况。首先,进行现场调查,发现了充填体巷道的充填体碎胀变形、两帮塌陷、和底臌引起的底板破坏等破坏现象。通过岩石坚硬度划分、充填体完整程度指标的确定和划分、充填体基本质量指标的计算,确定了采场充填体可定义为Ⅳ级岩体,属于较软岩,岩体较完整。通过计算、工程类比等方法确定了充填体巷道的锚杆(索)的主要参数,通过数值模拟的方法对比了支护前后巷道的位移情况。为相关充填体巷道破坏机理、稳定性等研究提供了参考。 In order to discuss the support technology of deformation and failure of roadway in filling roadway,taking a mining stope as an example,the deformation and damage of the roadway of the filling body are studied by analogy.Firstly,on-site investigation revealed that the filling body of the filling body roadway was broken and deformed,the collapse of the two gangs,and the destruction of the bottom plate caused by the bottom sill.Through the classification of rock hardness,the determination and division of the integrity of the filling body,and the calculation of the basic quality index of the filling body,it is determined that the stope body can be defined as a Grade IV rock mass,which belongs to a soft rock and has a relatively complete rock mass.The main parameters of the anchor(anchor cable)of the backfill roadway are determined by calculation and engineering analogy.The displacement of the roadway before and after the support is compared by numerical simulation.It provides a reference for the study of the failure mechanism and stability of the relevant filling roadway.
