摘要
针对近距离煤层采空区下回采巷道采用“直径20mm左旋锚杆+W钢护板”支护时出现的大变形问题,在分析巷道实际地质条件和围岩变形特点后提出了一次支护、采用高性能护表材料和薄弱地段采用积极主动加强支护原则。通过采用“直径22mm左旋锚杆+W钢带”做基本支护,薄弱位置架棚做加强支护,有效控制了回采巷道顶板和两帮变形。优化后的支护方案能够保证巷道断面满足后期生产的要求。
Arming at the problem of large deformation with"20 mm diameter left-turning bolt+W steel plate"in the mining roadway support under the goaf of contiguous seam.The support principles were put forward,which are of primary support,high-performance protective surface materials and active reinforcement support in weak zones,after analyzing the actual geological conditions and the deformation characteristics of surrounding rocks.By using"22 mm diameter left-turning bolt+W steel band"as basic support and strengthening support with steel shed in weak zones,the deformation of roof and two sides in mining roadway is effectively controlled.The optimized support scheme can ensure that the roadway section meets the requirements of later production.
