Research Status and Development Trend of the Direct Flotation of Hematite

为高效合理利用赤铁矿,针对赤铁矿正浮选工艺存在的问题,论述了我国赤铁矿正浮选工艺的研究现状与进展,介绍了碱性介质正浮选、酸性介质正浮选、碱性—酸性双介质正浮选、正—反浮选工艺、控制分散—碱(酸)性介质正浮选、选择性絮凝(脱泥)—酸性介质正浮选、剪切絮凝和载体浮选的研究现状,并展望了赤铁矿正浮选的研究前景。

To high efficient and reasonable utilize hematite,aiming at the problems existing in hematite direct flotation process,the research status and progress of hematite direct flotation process in China are discussed.The research status of alkaline medium direct flotation,acidic medium direct flotation,alkaline-acidic double medium direct flotation,direct-reverse flotation process,controlled dispersion-alkaline(acid)medium direct flotation,selective flocculation(de-sliming)-acidic medium direct flotation,shear flocculation and carrier flotation are introduced.The research prospect of hematite direct flotation is prospected.
