培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果。方法:选取78例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各39例。对照组采用葡萄糖酸锌治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合培菲康治疗,比较两组症状改善情况、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组发热、呕吐及脱水评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神状况、活力及生理功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性好。
