综合护理在胆管癌患者经皮肝穿刺引流术中的应用效果

Effects of comprehensive nursing on percutaneous transhepatic drainage in patients with cholangiocarcinoma

目的:观察综合护理在胆管癌患者经皮肝穿刺引流术中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年11月至2017年10月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的88例胆管癌患者作为研究对象,将2015年11月至2016年10月采取常规护理的44例患者设为对照组,将2016年11月2017年10月在对照组的基础上采取综合护理的44例患者设为观察组,比较两组护理前后焦虑情绪、生命质量评分及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情感功能和社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.09%(4/44),明显低于对照组的29.55%(13/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对照组的基础上采用综合护理在胆管癌患者经皮肝穿刺引流术中的护理效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

Objective: To observe effects of comprehensive nursing on percutaneous transhepatic drainage in patients with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: 88 patients with cholangiocarcinoma admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Nanyang medical college from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects. 44 patients, who received routine care from November 2015 to October 2016, were selected as controls group;while 44 patients, who underwent the comprehensive nursing on the basis of that of the control group from November 2016 to October 2017, were set as observation group. The anxiety emotions, quality of life scores and complications of the two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results: The SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.09%(4/44), which was significantly lower than that in the control group(29.55%, 13/44), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the percutaneous transhepatic drainage in the patients with cholangiocarcinoma, the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine care is superior to the single routine care.
