基于磁性医院理念优化护士执业环境的效果研究

Research on the effect of optimizing nurse practicing environment based on the concept of magnet hospital

目的探讨基于磁性医院理念的管理对优化护士执业环境的效果。方法借鉴磁性医院理念强化以人为本的管理模式,成立“磁性护理·爱心服务”活动小组并制订方案、以“您的需要我的追求”为主题,深入开展优质护理服务工作。结果实施基于磁性医院理念的管理后,护士执业环境得分提高(P<0.01)。结论基于磁性医院理念的管理模式能改善护士执业环境,护理管理者应加强管理的针对性和实效性优化护士执业环境。

Objective To explore the effect of magnet hospital management concept on optimizing nurse practice environment.Methods Drawing on the concept of magnet hospital to strengthen the people-oriented management mode.Setting up the activity group of "magnetic nursing and caring service" and developing programs,taking "your needs,my pursuit" as the theme,carry out the work of high-quality nursing service deeply.Results After the implementation of the magnet hospital management,the total score of the nurse's practicing environment was higher than that before the implementation ( P<0.01).Conclusi on The magnet hospital management mode can improve the nurse's practicing environment,thus nursing managers should strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of management to optimize nurse's practicing environment.
