混合式学习在高职护生基础护理教学中的应用研究 被引量:25

摘要 目的探讨混合式学习在高职护生基础护理教学中的应用及效果。方法选取128名高职护生为试验组,124名为对照组。对照组沿用传统教学模式,试验组采用混合式学习进行基础护理教学,课前、课后高职护生通过在线开放课程自学和复习,课堂线下着重突破重点、难点,强化技能操作;课程结束后比较两组高职护生理论和技能考核成绩及自主学习能力。结果试验组高职护生理论和技能考核成绩、自主学习能力各维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论混合式学习应用于基础护理教学中,可以提高高职护生的理论和技能成绩及自主学习能力,提升教学质量。 Objectives To discuss about the application and effect evaluation of the blended learning in Basic Nursing Technology among higher vocational nursing students.Methods Select 128 higher vocational nursing students as the experimental group and 124 as the control group.In the control group,students adopted traditional teaching model.In the experimental group,students adopted the mixed learning model,in which they learned and reviewed lessons by themselves through online open courses before and after class,focused on breaking through the heavy and difficult points and strengthening skills operation offline.Then the theory and skills assessment,and independent learning ability of two groups were compared at the end of the course.Results Students in the experimental group scored higher in theory and skills than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Moreover,the total score of self-learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group and the score of each dimension were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion Applying blended learning in the teaching of the basic nursing technology,can strengthen the theory,skills and self-learning ability of higher vocational nursing students,which at the same time can also improve the teaching quality of the teacher.
