摘要
首先对河南省人力资源的规模、结构进行了统计描述,然后分析了影响河南省人力资源数量发展和结构变化的因素,并结合河南省1990-2017年人口自然增长率的数据特征研究了河南省人口自然增长率和人口老龄化程度对人力资源率的影响。研究结果表明:河南省人力资源规模较大,但存在年龄结构不平衡、就业结构不合理的问题;河南省人口老龄化程度对人力资源数量的影响是负向的;人口自然增长率对人力资源数量的影响在1990-2006年间是负向的,在2006-2017年间是正向的。最后对河南省人力资源的开发提供一些政策建议。
This paper first makes a statistical description of the scale and structure of human resources in Henan province,and then analyzes the factors that affect the development and structure of human resources in Henan province.Combined with the data of the natural growth rate of the population in Henan province from 1990 to 2017,the effect of the population’s natural growth rate and the population aging on the human resource rate is studied.The results of the research are as follows:The human resources of Henan province is large,but there is a problem that the age structure is not balanced and the employment structure is not reasonable;The effect of the population aging degree on the number of human resources in Henan province is negative;The impact of the population’s natural growth rate on the number of human resources is negative between 1990 and 2006 and is positive between 2006 and 2017.Finally,some policy suggestions are provided for the development of human resources in Henan province.
