This article introduced the general situation of campus culture in colleges and universities, analyzed the current condition of Library of Jilin Medical College of promoting construction of campus culture from the aspects of material culture, system culture, behavior culture, and spirit culture. Libraries should strengthen the construction and utilization of electronic resources by optimizing the collection structure, transform the spatial pattern and provide maker space services, innovate reading activities and promote mobile reading and self-service, and improve the overall quality of librarians and provide readers with in-depth and personalized services.
