高职院校网站群管理系统的应用与实践

Application and Practice of Website Group Management System in Colleges and Universities

针对高校网站建设中存在信息孤岛、安全性差、标准规范混乱等"一群网站"现象,本文以网站群的建管为抓手建立数字化校园,并对国内高校网站群建设和运维过程中存在的共性问题进行剖析。建构了网站群建管新模式,实现了信息资源的整合共享、集中管理和充分利用,构建了知识库,提高了高校网站内容发布的利用效率,大幅度降低了网站设计和管理的难度,提高了工作效率。

In view of the phenomenon of "a group of websites" in the construction of University websites,such as information islands,poor security,confusion of standards and norms,this paper takes the construction and management of websites as the starting point to establish digital campuses,and analyzes the common problems existing in the construction and operation of domestic university websites. A new mode of website group construction and management is constructed,which realizes the integration and sharing of information resources,centralized management and full utilization. A knowledge base is constructed,which improves the utilization efficiency of university website content publishing,greatly reduces the difficulty of website design and management,and improves the work effi ciency.
